The helpful staff at reception, restaurant, and wellness center ensured that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently.While the rooms and bathrooms showed signs of age, the overall facilities were impressive. The hotel's close proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle service every hour made traveling hassle-free. The nice breakfast spread and the varied selection of restaurants offering international, Italian, and Egyptian cuisines catered to diverse tastes.One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Hany Gad, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable.
